Hello Experts,
I got CSA certification in Quebec version and after that I gave delta exam in Rome version also, but still my CSA certification get expired.
I sent a mail to concerned team, and I have pasted their response at the end. but I didn't get any clarity why exactly my certification get expired.
I'm the only one to face same issue?
What I did wrong at the time of exam ? so in future will avoid the same mistake.
Response from concerned team:
{Your certification has been invalidated as your exam was flagged by our security audit team as detrimental to the integrity and prestige of the ServiceNow Certification Program. By agreeing to the ServiceNow Candidate User Agreement, ServiceNow reserves the right to cancel a user’s score, should it be deemed invalid. Additionally, we reserve the right to not disclose evidence of the reasoning for the invalidation of your certification.
Due to program policy, this decision is final and will not be reverted. There is nothing further than we can do.}

Hi Divya,
This is due to while you were taking/writing the exam , they have found Servicenow team has found some evidence which is not align with Exam practice integrity. So you will have to take up the CSA exam again.

Hi Divya,
Well, the response seems clear enough. ServiceNow reserve the right to cancel user's score without providing any explanation.
Luckily, ServiceNow is currently offering to provide on-demand CSA course and exam voucher for free. I'm thinking about retaking it just to get refreshed.
