Xanadu upgrade portion of the SOW Bootcamp Course

I am on the Xanadu portion of the SOW Bootcamp Course and My Service Operations Workspace Admin Center does not have problem. Did I reconfigure it somewhere along the way to only show incident and major incident?

Sorry, your question is not very clear. Could you please provide a screenshot to support it?

SOW & admin center are 2 different modules what you referring mate.
