The Golden Ticket is here!
ServiceNow has just sent the email containing information related to your golden ticket if you attended the Knowledge 23 conference. I'll attach a screenshot for reference, but essentially...
This allows YOU and 1 other person you can invite, to participate in the RiseUp initiative where through this offer you'll get FREE access to ALL on demand Now Learning content for 1 year. That means courses that normally had a cost will reflect 0 and you can freely take them.
Pick that 1 friend wisely! Haha!
I will add that this DOES NOT mean the vouchers are free. Those still have a cost!
It's still a huge cost savings for most and now all on demand courses are free for 1 year.
You can login to your Now Learning account to see the Golden Ticket event message show or if you've already closed out of it, you can access it via your profile avatar/name in the upper right-hand corner and then click the "RiseUp - Friends and Family Invitations" link.
For more specific information to include terms and conditions and additional FAQ information, please refer to the official support article posted here: https://nowlearning.servicenow.com/lxp?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB0011702&cid=e:eDM-K23-F&...
If you attended Knowledge 2023, check your email for more information!

There are some limitations, I'd recommend checking out the support article here: https://nowlearning.servicenow.com/lxp?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB0011702&cid=e:eDM-K23-F&...
Some info from it was this:
Yes, as long as the email entered is NOT one of the following:
- Already used for this program.
- Email is an inactive user account in Now Learning.
- Email is associated with a company that is ineligible for this program.
You're unable to share it with someone who has already used this program, is employed with a partner organization or customer. The email address can't be of those domains, etc. Partners already get those courses for free. It's really meant for friends or family, almost literally, to those who aren't really involved with SN today (something like that), to bring them in.
