The ServiceNow release notes team has been working tirelessly to help improve the customer upgrade journey with new release notes experiences, and we have some exciting news to share with you!
On docs.servicenow.com, we have created 4 release notes experiences where you can configure and build your own release notes to match your specific upgrade scenarios, depending on what type of information you may be interested in. You can:
- View release notes by theme (e.g. browser information for all products)
- Create a list of PRBs that are fixed in your specific upgrade path
- View a combined list of product release notes on one page – especially useful for cross-release upgrades
- View a cross-release list of upgrade tasks, which you can filter by product
With today’s San Diego GA release, we’ve rolled out a brand new release notes landing page so you can easily access all these amazing RN tools in one place!
