Language Option Change in Now Mobile app

Hi Everyone,

Many of you come across a requirement where you need to change the Instance language option in Now Mobile application.

Users with SSO enabled are not able to change their language while login to the Now Mobile app and customers/clients/users/agents were not able to change their Instance language in Now Mobile app which was a pain point. 

Users who can change their preferred language in esc portal is easy when there are multiple languages are used but in Now mobile app users cant change in the same way.

If they try to change their preferred language it won't give them the required results which the data is not changing to the preferred language.

Here is the big relief to the users:

Now with the Zurich patch 4 upgrades customers/users with Now Mobile app version from 20.6 can able to change their Instance languages in the Now Mobile app.

With this feature users can change their Instance language then the content will automatically changes to Instance language selection
