The ServiceNow Patching Program patches your instance(s) during the first month of each calendar quarter, and security patching will be conducted during the second and/or third month of each calendar quarter in the event that security threats need to be mitigated. The latest patching targets are listed below.

Hi Christine.

One of my customers wanted to know if we send out notifications on new security fixes and how to subscribe to that service? He subscribed to this Monthly Patching Target page but wants to get similar note for security fixes.

Any idea?

Hi Eric, 

Customer can follow following steps to get notifications on patch releases.

1. Go to the relevant family release notes site, for example, Quebec release- notes 
2. Make sure you are logged in and can see your profile name on the top right corner of the screen
3. Next step is click on bell icon on the page 
1. Make sure bell icon is changed to color black
4. This means you are subscribed to any changes on this document 
5. Once a new version is available, you will receive an email in your inbox

PS: All these steps will need to repeated for all families you want to track, for example Rome release- notes. We will still continue to send notifications on monthly basis for our targets versions.
