Hi there,

Just upgraded to Yokohama or still working on that? Great news, Zurich is around the corner ðŸ¤£. Publicly since this week: the preliminary release notes for Zurich Release Testing Preview (RTP).

Since the Xanadu release, the RTP release notes are not publicly available anymore. The release notes are now behind ServiceNow Support. Login to ServiceNow Support, and search for Knowledge article KB2171604.

fyi- clicking your link to the HI portal KB got me a denial page, but searching on 'Zurich Release Testing Preview' got a result for the same KB#.  My URL is slightly different: https://support.servicenow.com/kb?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB2171604

Searching for the article's title or KB number gives me no results either
