Change, Problem options not available for admin in PDI Australia version

I have requested for a new PDI in Australia version. When I have impersonated admin/ change_manager roled user, I cant see change/problem options in left navigator. what is the issue? how to fix it?

Recently, this issue has been encountered and reported by other users as well—ITSM modules are not available in the PDI. The short answer is that PDIs do not come with official support, so it’s better to reset the instance, request a new one, or try refreshing the instance first. 

 

Option 2: 

get a Zurich instance  then do upgrade to Australia [ It is recommended approach]

Hi @RC19 

 

Option1 : Repair Problem Management plugin (com.snc.problem)

                   AND Change Management in ServiceNow is Change Management - Core (com.snc.change_management)

 

Note: After repair, hopefully Application /module for Problem/change will be in place.

 

Option 2:  Release current instance , and request for another Australia PDI

 

Option 3: If you want to learn/hands-on Upgrade , Request for Zurich PDI ->upgrade to Australia
