Gmail oAuth broken after zürich upgrade

Anyone else having issues with a google email account oauth after Zürich upgrade?
For us the email sending and receiving broke completely.
We've verified that clone didn't break them.

When trying to reauthorize it says connection succesful and retrieves the tokens, but testing the connection shows that tokens might be expired or missing. When we checked the token table we can see both tokens were created properly and had not expired.

I believe servicenow somehow fails to read the tokens, but SN support is bringing up mTLS. We've upgraded to Patch 3 hotfix 2 and disabled mTLS functionality, but the emails still don't move even after trying to reauthorize multiple times.

We are using oAuth because google forced it earlier this year.
