There is no way to get old pdi, once it taken by its taken.

@KarthikeyanS066 There is no way to revive an instance once it is reclaimed by the instance pool. It is better to take regular backup of your data from PDI to prevent data loss.

Hello @KarthikeyanS066
Once PDI is inactive for 10 days it is reclaimed. Either you should take backup of your work done over PDI or carry out some kind of activity over instance to avoid reclaim of instance. Also there is no support provided for PDI if its reclaimed. I would suggest just get a new fresh instance and keep in mind this for future, so your efforts are not wasted.

As you might know, there is no support available from ServiceNow in relation to PDIs, hence no option to reclaim instance or get lost work back.
