If caller's email id (use custom field) description is empty, then while submitting form will display an error message and it will not submit.

There’s no need to create a custom field — you can use dot-walk to access caller.email.

Please create a UI Policy to handle this.

If caller.email is empty, display an appropriate error message in the Script section
