Incident form "Post" button has disappeared since upgrading to New York

Hello.

After upgrading from the Kingston version to New York, the Post button that appeared for the Customer Response and Tech Notes fields in the Incident form is no longer visible.  I have searched this Community site and followed steps provided in published posts (e.g, Form layout, ACLs, UI Policies, Filter Activities button, etc.), but I have not been able to restore the Post button.

Any suggestions to get this button restored in the New York version?

May be a cache issue after the upgrade??

Try to clear browser cache and see if it helps

Thanks Prateek.  I have cleared the browser cache and tested it on multiple browsers and no button.  But, I have noticed that the Post button appears for a second and then quickly disappears.

That's a clear indication that you need to check UI Policies and client scripts.

As already suggested, this is an indicator of client-side activities affecting the button visibility. Check for any onLoad client scripts or UI Policies running on Incident or Task tables.

Looks like client side issue.
