Issue with Email Notifications Not Appearing in Outlook

Hi everyone,
I’m facing an issue with email notifications in ServiceNow. Some of my users are sending notification-from Form header email level, but the emails sent from ServiceNow are not appearing in Outlook. The notifications seem to be sent successfully and show up in the recipient’s inbox.
I’ve attached some screenshots to illustrate the issue. Has anyone else encountered this problem, or does anyone know what might be causing this?
Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

The notification preferences might be set to Disable instead of Enable
