Hi @Tushara99118
It’s not mandatory to upgrade to the Zurich release. It usually means there’s some ongoing maintenance work on the instance. Unfortunately, there is no support available for PDIs, so you can either wait a bit longer for it to come back online or release this instance and request a new one. Also, note that if you release your current PDI, all your previous data, configurations, and update sets will be permanently lost. To avoid this issue in the future, it’s best to take regular backups of your update sets and export any important configurations before maintenance periods.
Hope this helps!

I've been using PDI without any issues since this morning, but I've noticed several posts in the community about PDI being offline. Here are some points to consider:
- There is no support available for PDI.
- If you can wait, let's wait a bit longer.
- You can release this instance and start a new one, but you will lose your previous data. To avoid losing update sets in the future, make sure to take regular backups of your PDI.
There have been 3-4 posts in the community today about PDI failures or unavailability. Based on the responses, you might need to wait 1-2 days and hopefully, the PDI will be back online.
*** It is not mandatory to upgrade to Zurich***
If my response proves useful, please indicate its helpfulness by selecting " Accept as Solution" and " Helpful." This action benefits both the community and me.

Hi @Tushara99118 ,
As you might know, there is no support available from ServiceNow in relation to PDI, hence you're limited to two options:
- wait, it should come online in some time.
- If you get tired of waiting, release your instance and request a fresh installation. Please notice, that all development that you haven't backed up will be lost for good.
If my answer has helped with your question, please mark my answer as the accepted solution and give a thumbs up.
