Hi @Jos_ Manuel Men

I've been using PDI without any issues since this morning, but I've noticed several posts in the community about PDI being offline. Here are some points to consider:

  1. There is no support available for PDI.
  2. If you can wait, let's wait a bit longer.
  3. You can release this instance and start a new one, but you will lose your previous data. To avoid losing update sets in the future, make sure to take regular backups of your PDI.

There have been 3-4 posts in the community today about PDI failures or unavailability. Based on the responses, you might need to wait 1-2 days and hopefully, the PDI will be back online.

Hi @Jos_ Manuel Men

As you might know, there are no support available from ServiceNow in relation to PDIs, hence your are left with two options:

  1. Wait, it should come online again
  2. If you get tired of waiting, release your instance and request a fresh installation. Please note, all your development which haven't been backed up will be lost for good.

Please mark my answer correct & helpful, if it helps you
Thanks,
BK

Hi all,

Fortunately I was able to wait from Friday until today and this morning my personal instance woke up again. Now I have to make a copy to make sure that if it happens again I don't lose my job. thanks to those who replied.

Thank you very much to all.
