Hi @Community Alums
PDI doesn't come with support so logging a Now learning case will not help.
If my response proves useful, please indicate its helpfulness by selecting " Accept as Solution" and " Helpful." This action benefits both the community and me.

Hey @Drishti
It's really sad that your work is gone due to reclaim of instance. Currently ServiceNow don't provide support over PDI.
You can try to create a case over now learning portal and see if they can help you to get the instance back but doubt it will be happening. Wishing you a luck on this.
Going ahead or anyone who is reading this post try to take backup copy of all work you have done it can be in UpdateSet or xml whatever you prefer or utilize source control feature so incase if your instance is reclaim you can still have last committed change from source to new PDI which you acquire.
PDI are reclaim back if there is no activity in the last 10 days. Sometimes the PDI goes under maintenance and there is no time specified that when it will be up so in that case it will be your call to wait or just release existing PDI and get a new one.
If my response has helped you hit helpful button and if your concern is solved do mark my response as correct.
Thanks & Regards
