Newly created fields becoming read only in sn_grc_metric_metric table , australia release

Hi community,
we are facing an issue where newlyt cretaed fields in the sn_grc_metric_metric table are becoming read only by default. Even though these fields are not configured to be read only in the dictionary. Previously created custom fields are editable. Checked ACLS, UI policies, client scripts etc. Could not find anything that might be causing this. Has anyone faced similar issue before. Kindly share your thoughts on how to debug.

Run the Security Debugger first. 9 times out of 10 for this specific scenario, it is the wildcard ACL catching the new dictionary entry. 
table.*
The Fix: Create a new Write ACL specifically for sn_grc_metric_metric.u_your_new_field and assign the appropriate GRC metric roles to it.
