Hi @jeffreyluto
Can you confirm whether user with Admin role has tried to export PDF and got this error. If not , can you try once with Admin user.

I am checking the packages on the Linux host now and found one was not installed "libxshmfence" was not installed.

Are exporting the par-export logs I see this error

I updated this instance from v2 Parexport to v3 Parexport same errors.
