PDI upgrade to zurich patch 1

Hello, everyone, Zurich patch 1 seems available but I'm not able to install it, whether through the developer portal nor the system upgrade management. Any idea ?

Olá @XavierGILLOT,

is it a PDI or customer instance? You mentioned developer portal so let's presume it's PDI.

 

Please explain why you cannot upgrade it from developer portal - the field is greyed out, if you clicked it nothing happened, or what's the issue?

Orininally, I'm setting up a demo of the onbloarding journey. The playbook isn't showing up, and according to the servicenow support, it says it's a known problem and zurich patch #1 needs to be setup.

Below the different screenshots:

- it's in patch 0 and I have no possibility to upgrade it via the management console.

- I'm being proposed to upgrade to patch1 through the "manage your upgrade" menu, but it ends to nowhere as all menus are greyed out.

Hi @XavierGILLOT ,

 

Are you getting upgrade insatnce button/Ui action like Shown here in screenshot (Under Manager my instance). If yes, click on it to upgrade to next version. If you are getting some issue after clicking, let us know.
