Plug-ins and Cloning back to other instance

Hi All,

I am busy installing and updating plug-ins, but on some of them I get errors when I try to install and update them (refer to the attached screenshot).

Can we continue to clone back from one instance to other instance and upgrade to Washington DC version without installing all the plug-ins we are subscribed for?

Yes if you think that the dependecy do not matter to you can continue.
