Recruiters look for candidates with 3 years of ServiceNow experience who know ServiceNow Development, Administration, JavaScript, and APIs. Highlighting certifications like CSA and CAD, along with experience in ITSM and custom applications, is important. Mention problem-solving skills, good communication etc.
