Updated my personal instance still it is InProgress state its been already more than 4hrs. can anyone help on this issue?

PDI upgrade take time, up to 8 hrs some time. So don't worry,

Hi @sairanga ,

 

Only option is to wait until you're notified that it's ready by ServiceNow. There is no help or support available for PDIs.
