Upgrade MID Server version manually

I have upgraded my non-prod instance to new patch "Washington DC Patch 4 Hot Fix 1b".  After upgraded, i accidentally imported wrong XML file, thus revert the MID Server [ecc_agent] to previous version "Washington DC Patch 4 Hot Fix 1a".  How to upgrade back my MID Server version to updated patch Hotfix 1b?
