Hi everyone,
I am new to this community and just wanted to start a general discussion.
Recently, I have been exploring different ways of improving problem-solving and structured thinking in daily work. One concept that stood out to me is Letter Boxed style puzzles where you have to connect letters while following strict rules and constraints.
What I find interesting is how closely this mirrors real work in platforms like ServiceNow:
Working within system constraints while still finding efficient solutions
Planning steps ahead instead of solving things randomly
Managing dependencies between tasks and processes
Optimizing outcomes with limited actions or resources
Even though it’s just a word puzzle, the thinking pattern feels very similar to how we approach workflows, incident resolution, and process design.
I’m curious if others here also use puzzle-like or structured thinking methods in their daily ServiceNow work. Do you find it helps in designing better solutions or troubleshooting faster?
Would love to hear different approaches and experiences from the community
