Hi @SatishSuray ,
Could you please confirm:
- Is this happening for all KB articles or only specific articles?
- Does the issue occur for all users and browsers?
- Are there any custom CSS, themes, or Knowledge article customizations in the instance?
- Can you reproduce the issue in a clean OOB article?
Also check the browser console for any CSS or JavaScript errors and compare the behavior in Platform UI vs SOW.
If you found this helpful, please mark it as Helpful and Accept as Solution so it can reach others too.

Hi @SatishSuray ,
Since the issue started only after the Australia upgrade, is affecting all users, and occurs across all KB articles with no known customization changes, this may be a platform-level rendering issue rather than an article configuration issue.
Before raising a case, please verify:
- Does the issue occur only in SOW or also in the standard Knowledge Portal/Platform UI?
- Is the behavior reproducible in an OOB KB article?
- Are there any browser console errors (F12)?
If the issue is reproducible across articles and no custom CSS/UI changes are involved, I would recommend raising a HI case with ServiceNow Support and providing screenshots along with the upgrade details, as it could be an Australia release-related issue.
