Hello @manozR ,

Since ServiceNow PDIs do not have dedicated support, if your instance is went to hibernation then you can either wait for some time and see if the instance comes back online . However, if you request a new instance, all data from the previous instance will be lost.

Also, keep this in mind: always take regular backups of your work using Update Sets. This helps you recover your customizations and development work in situations like these.

If you are facing Servicenow instance waitlist  issue then  Nowdays this common issue faced by multiple users .

You must  refer this , it will help you to  :

If this helps you then mark it as helpful and accept as solution.

Hi @manozR

There are no specific reasons provided by ServiceNow, but based on experience:

Many new users are entering the ecosystem via RiseUp and are demanding PDI access.
Many new features have been released in recent versions, and everyone wants to explore and experiment with them.
There may also be technical issues on the ServiceNow side, which could be causing delays in PDI allocation.

Don't worry—this is quite common at the moment.

Over the past few days, many community members have reported delays when requesting a PDI. In some cases, the waiting period has been 2-3 weeks or even longer, especially for lower ServiceNow versions.

You can try requesting an instance on an earlier release, such as Zurich or an older version, but there may still be a waiting period due to high demand.

For now, patience is the best approach, as PDI availability depends on overall demand and ServiceNow's infrastructure capacity.

Hi @manozR

As you might know, there is no support available for PDIs, hence you can only wait.

If my answer has helped with your question, please mark my answer as the accepted solution and give a thumbs up.
