Hello,
Apologies if this is not the proper category for this post.
I just started a new IT rol in a company, We are working on Servicenow(new for me) the first thing that I have noticed, is that my view of the service now is different from that of the end users.
I can create filters and templates but they can only read and write. Can someone tell me where to look to change this?
