hi actually i am working on 4 instances and i do data movement oftenly.they are in thousands and some times cis are in 70000-80000.so i cant go for update set technique.any way i can glide and create xml.thanks

actually brothers i used to import/export data for every new customer comes....so i move move around 15-18 tables so iwas thinking to automate this.i was thinking to create a script that glides according to my conditions and creates xmls for me .and ...

brother can you tell step my step in rough what is happening when i click export->xml.

actually i am new in servicenow so i may get confused.so here if i am clicking on export xml an event is triggered and whom this event is passing values?
