The end time will remain blank since the Incident assignment never changed. An end time is only populated if the field value changes to a new value.

Either date field will work in this case. This is the date date the metric instance was created, hence when the Incident was assigned to that individual.

Make sure to include "Start" in your report. That will be the date/time in which the metric instance was created, hence the date/time in which the Incident was assigned.

You can create a Metric Definition to capture this as well. If you select the sc_task table, assigned_to field and keep the type as "Field Value Duration", evertime the task is assigned, a new entry will be added to the metrics table. You can then re...
