@AbdurR738094742  Navigate to Task State Colors in the navigator.   Update the theme color for the required state. It should update in all places: Task panel, Calendar and Contextual Side Panel    

@rosagradill  Can you please provide a case / case task for this ? There could be multiple reasons for this error however a deeper look is needed to understand the underlying issue

There appears to be a null pointer exception somewhere in the system while fetching the data for dispatcher workspace. Can you check out the log on the syslog table for errors?
