Are you using it in Flow Logic 'Set Flow Variables'? It worked well for me.  Anyway, I'm glad you were able to solve your problem. 

Hi,  Try using <br/> where you need a new line. In your case it would be something like this:  Device -  (pill containing Abc) <br/>Serial Number - (pill containing Xyz)
