I've ran ServiceNow for 7 years as application platform owner and handled both implementations and operations support for ITSM (Incident, Problem, Change, Configuration, Request), ITOM (Mapping & Discovery), FSM, HRSD, SPM (Time, Demand, Project & Portfolio Management) as well as integrations from Change Management to Request with online batch job systems and firewall management systems. I also handled the budgeting justifications and procurement process for ServiceNow.
