About Adam Seeber:

Adam is the Strategic Domain Lead for Enterprise AI and ServiceNow, focused on improving the world of work through pragmatic, human-centred transformation. Starting as a customer over a decade ago Now Platform, he’s helped organisations across retail, insurance, higher education, aeronautical services, legal, and all tiers of government. He blends proven frameworks and practices — such as ITIL, DevOps, value stream mapping and Lean IT —with modern product thinking to shape strategy, design and implementation, and to run platform management that survives upgrades and business evolution. Drawing on both his MBA and practical experience, Adam partners with platform owners and admins to map outcomes, shape backlogs and deliver change that sticks. His current focus is helping teams adopt AI safely and usefully—assist-first patterns that make real workflows measurably better, not just noisier. He brings opinionated, field-tested guidance and reusable artefacts so teams can move quickly without breaking trust. He’s passionate about the clients and partners he works with in the ServiceNow community and loves sharing approaches that practitioners can use on Monday.
