We are currently working on integrating MS Teams with ServiceNow Virtual Agent using a self-configured bot.
Our current state:
We have established the connection.
The bot is successfully published on the Azure side.
The bot is visible on both ends (MS Teams and Copilot).
The issue: When we try adding/interacting with the bot, we are receiving the following error: Invalid Bot : Please make sure bot is registered and teams channels is enabled
We have verified our basic setup, but something seems to be missing. Has anyone encountered this specific error before, or does anyone know what Azure or ServiceNow configuration we might have overlooked?
