Error Display Experience assistant virtual agent

Hi everyone,

 

one of the assistant (CI admin experience - Virtual agent) we created didn't allow us to delete one of the portals selected in the "display experience" section. The entire assistant was deleted and a new one created. Now, when I try to select the portal, it doesn't allow me to do so because it appears "used being," as if it's locked. Is there any way to unlock it?

You can find the record for this setting in the Now Assist Deployment Channel [sys_now_assist_deployment_channel] table. This record seems to get created in the Now Assist in Virtual Agent [sn_nowassist_va] scope by default even if you created your assistant in a different scope.
