intractive filter for the sys_user_group is not applying

I have coe user values in sys_user_group table and need to fecth the user from particular filed from a group table. if we achieve this still not applying to the metrics in the cio dashboard says no data. Please help me with this .

In the dropdown i see all the user from the table need to filter it out only the coe user
