Hi,
I have activated now assist in virtual agent . Now in now assist virtual agent i want actions tab to come similar to the virtual agents . And also i want to change the support number or give more options other live agent over there . I want like a button called "show me everything" similar to virtual agent .
Note: i am using the instances that is provided during the training of now assist in virtual agent course present in now learning.
I want the actions automatically start after greeting without any input from user.
