Pass utterance to get summary into now assist in virtual agent and connect with live agent after

I have a record producer which has a chat now button. 

This chat now button opens now assist in virtual agent chat window with issue description via URL and gives the summary.

 

I want to redirect to live agent just after summary result of the mentioned issue description passed in URL.

I am not sure I understand your requirement, can yiu please explain?

 

If you are assigning an agent, they should get the summarisation OOTB if allowed. Could you possibly describe what you expected to happen and what happened instead?

I want to pass a utterance through URL which opens NAVA chat window. After the chat window opens, it gives summary of the issue which was passed in the URL and then go to live agent queue.
