some fields are hidden on "Update All" / "Update Selected"

Does anyone know if there is a way to control the fields on the form that gets opened if Update Selected or Update All is being used?

this KB tells clearly that default view is rendered when you use "Update Selected" or "Update All"
So if you want to add/remove fields there then manipulate the Default view on your table
