Thanks for the session. Do I need to do any setup for Virtual Agent or do I only have to install the VA plugin and continue with the next steps as shown?

You just need to install the VA, Agent Chat, and Teams integration plugins and continue with the steps shown.

There is already an existing AWA setup for live agent in service portal. Can I make the above integration work with the same AWA setup (same set of agents)?

Yes Rajan, after you setup Teams integration, virtual agent topics will work similar to how it works on portal.
