Hello. Recently Chad asked if I could help out with the Wisconsin User Group since he's moved on to a new opportunity that precludes him from managing this group. I'd like to thank him for the time he put in starting this group.

As far as managing this group goes, I'd like to start by trying to get an idea of what everyone is looking to get out of a group like this. Are you looking for an informal group where we can share our experiences, bounce ideas off one another and otherwise get to know one another? Or something more formal with presenters, use cases, etc? I'd also like to get a better idea of how active you'd like the group to be? A poll last year indicated quarterly meetings. Is that still the case? Where are members located? Please leave comments or suggestions and we can utilize the great people and ideas that the group has to offer.

This group can't be successful without your participation, so now is your time to speak up.

Thanks,
Travis

Anything New?

Hello, my company is looking into ServiceNow and we are starting to put together a charter to get approval. Just going over the local user group and not seeing much activity. Is this group still active or did they all move over to the Midwest group?

I'd say its in hibernation. So far I haven't had much luck getting any responses from the current members. The previous "owner" of the group didn't have much success either. Not exactly sure what we're doing wrong, but if you (or anyone else) has any suggestions, let us know. I'd really like to see an active local user group. It can be a really helpful resource and its nice to get together to see how others are utilizing ServiceNow.

Once we are for sure in and working on Servicenow I will see what I can do to make things more active. Hold in there and we will build this up...
