Hello Community,
I am currently working with the Confluence Cloud Connector in ServiceNow. The connector setup and configuration have been completed successfully, and the connection test is also working as expected.
However, I am facing an issue where Confluence documents/pages are not getting indexed in ServiceNow. Despite completing all the required steps, the indexing process does not seem to run or populate any content.
What has been done so far:
Connector instance configured and authenticated successfully
Data sources and schedules configured
Connection test is successful
No visible errors during setup
Issue:
Confluence documents/pages are not appearing in the index
Indexing job does not seem to fetch or process content
I would appreciate guidance on:
Common reasons why Confluence content may not index
Any specific roles, permissions, or scopes required
Logs or tables to check for indexing failures
Any known issues or additional configurations required for Confluence Cloud
Has anyone faced a similar issue or can suggest troubleshooting steps?
