Problem with hidden questions once request is submitted in Catalog Builder

Hello, 

I'm creating a workflow in Catalog Builder, but I'm facing problems with the form after submitting. 

I have few UI Policies to show questions based on the answers given by an user in the form. It's working, user can see those questions when filling the form, but once submit button is clicked and form is going to approval, those questions are again hidden. What can be the problem? 

Those questions have enabled "Hidden" option and all options in availability except "Remove from Conversational Interfaces". 

Then Policy UI for this question has "Reverse if false" enabled, except "On load" because questions were visible on load before someone answered on the dependent question. In "Actions" tab is action to show up the questions once conditions are meet. Actions are like on the attached image, so Mandatory - true, Visible - true, Read Only - Leave alone, Vaule Action - Leave alone.

Is there any solution for this issue that questions are disappearing after submit?

I have created dummy form please refer below:

Step 1: make your dependent variable as mandatory

Step 2 : Create the UI Policy on dependent variable & check the boxes as mentioned below:

As per your requirement :

So on the selection of first option as yes second variable will be display as per the policy

and Finally in the RITM variable section you can see the options which are submitted:
