Hi All,

As part of our monitoring we are running a scheduled job to check the connectivity between servicenow and other thirdparty systems ( X , Y , Z)

if the connection is not successful then we are generating a P1

we have tested this in DEV and TEST environments , scheduled job script is working as expected

now we are planning to deploy this to PROD , before we deploy do we have any place to check the system performance and slowness related things ?

i mean before this job how the system working and after deploying this job how the system behaves ??

please help with your inputs?

Regards

Shabbir

hi @shabbir5
1. Navigate to System Diagnostics -> Diagnostics Page andcompare the memory and CPU usage graphs before and after the job executes to spot any immediate spikes.

2. Go to System Logs -> Transactions tomonitor the average response times for user transactions to ensure your background job isn't causing UI slowness for logged-in users.

Happy to help! If this resolved your issue, kindly mark it as the correct answer   and Helpful and close the thread 🔒 so others can benefit too.
