The Sprints for your organization run for 21 days but the default Sprint duration in the system is 14. Update the default Sprint duration in the system to reflect your company's standards.

Once you have updated the duration create a new Agile group named HRBP with a capacity of 45. Create a new sprint with this group and confirm the updated default sprint duration is 21.

No, it’s already there—you just need to change the days. if it is not there, create a new as per given screenshot.
