In Service portal reference field display different field instead of display field

Hi ,

I need to show a different field in the drop down instead of this name field (which is the display field of the table ),
NOTE : i cant change the display field , need to know if there is any other way we can achieve this

if this is for catalog item or record producer then you can use Lookup Select box variable type and show the other field in drop down

Lookup label field -> select your field

Lookup select box
