In Service portal reference field display different field instead of display field

Hi ,

I need to show a different field in the drop down instead of this name field (which is the display field of the table ),
NOTE : i cant change the display field , need to know if there is any other way we can achieve this

Hi, 

 

Options to achieve the same in different ways (depending on your situation)

1) Reference Qualifier

2) Reference autocomplete override (Scripted)

3) ref contributions (Workspace/Now Experience)  - If this is in Workspace / UI Builder: Use Reference Contributions.
