Create an impacted asset

  • Identify an impacted asset that must be replaced or recalled.

    Avant de commencer

    Role required: sn_rcl_claim_mgmt.recall_manager

    Procédure

    1. Navigate to Workspaces > CSM/FSM Configurable Workspace > Lists > Recall Management > My Campaigns > Impacted asset.
    2. Select New.
    3. On the form, fill in the fields.

      Fields Description
      Recall campaign Name of the recall campaign.
      Recall campaign phase Recall campaign phase that you want to recall.
      Repair claim case Repair claim case number.
      Asset Asset that you want to recall.
      Install base Install base item.
    4. Select Save.
