Configure AI search for ServiceNow Otto for Public Sector Digital Services (PSDS)

Configure and use the AI Search engine in the ServiceNow Otto for Public Sector Digital Services (PSDS) application.

Note:

By default, AI Search is enabled in ServiceNow Otto for Public Sector Digital Services (PSDS). Follow these steps only if the application has been previously turned off.

Before you begin

Role required: admin

Procedure

1. Navigate to All > AI Search > AI Search Status.
2. If the screen says you don't have AI search on the instance, select Request AI Search.
3. Wait until AI Search is displayed as activated and ready for use.
