Xanadu	Explore Enterprise Modeling and Visualization Use the Enterprise Modeling and Visualization functionality in Enterprise Architecture Workspace to create diagrams for your applications hierarchy. You can associate the diagrams with architectural artifacts and plan the future state modeling of your IT with alignment to the business. Creating modeling diagrams can you help your stakeholders to understand the complexities of the organization. Perform the following tasks using the Enterprise Modeling and Visualization: Create and update modeling diagrams using the General, Enterprise Architecture, and ArchiMate shapes. Create diagrams from the Business Application view using the Create diagram menu option. Create diagrams for Business hierarchy map and Business capability maps from the Enterprise Modeling and Visualization page. Apply colors to business capability shapes in the capability hierarchy map. Add related records to a shape. Add CI relationship or Reference type relationship. Synchronize shapes, relationships, and entire diagrams to the repository. Select an architectural category while creating a diagram. Share your diagrams with the other users or groups and define their access levels for the diagram. Leverage a workflow to get approval for the diagrams, and to enable committing the diagram to the database. Configure access for Enterprise Modeling and Visualization menu items for roles, users, and groups. Initiate modeling in the Enterprise Modeling and Visualization directly from any Unified map. Technology Portfolio The Technology Portfolio section has been restructured and new features have been added. The section now contains the following pages: TRM catalog Technical debt TPM lifecycles TPM risk Technology portfolio audit Digital integration and interface enhancements View Information Objects and SDLC Components associated with a digital integration or digital interface. View Credentials assigned to a digital interface, digital integration, and business application. Set the Provider company instead of Provider business application, for a Provider digital interface in a digital integration. Portfolio section enhancements The Portfolio section has been restructured and new modules and features have been added. Connect a digital interface with the CMDB API in the EA Workspace Create a relationship between a digital interface and a CMDB API from the digital interface related list. Find out which digital integration uses which API. Find the environments where they’re deployed and group the deployed APIs. Work with Enterprise Architecture Workspace The following widgets are available on the TCO tab of the Enterprise Architecture Workspace dashboard. Business applications by TCO score Business application TCO by cost type and planned disposition for FY:Q (Current quarter) Top 10 business applications with the highest cost for FY:Q (Current quarter) Associate Information Objects Relate a business application to an information object using the CI relationship [cmdb_rel_ci] table of type Uses::Used by. Use this suggested relationship to get the logical data of the information object, which can be used to leverage the business application. Technology portfolio management (TPM) enhancements Added support for all CMDB configuration items in Technology Portfolio Management (TPM). By default, TPM support docker containers and serverless hardware tables. An admin user can configure any of the supported CMDB CIs for TPM. TRM product enhancements For a software TRM product, the Operating system field is added. Using this field, the operating system on which the software TRM product can be deployed, is tracked. Added support for creating wildcard for TRM lifecycle versions, to make it easier to specify a TRM standard without the need to specify the minor version. Support for Architectural Decision Record (ADR) type artifact Create or update an artifact with type architectural decision record (ADR) to align it with your business requirements.
Yokohama	Yokohama Patch 6 Application rationalization page enhancements Apply the fiscal period filter to filter and view business applications for a specific fiscal period. Apply the application rationalization filters to filter and view specific business applications on the bubble chart or list view page. An indicator is displayed on top of the filter icon to show the number of filters currently applied. View the business application technical debt indicator score on the application rationalization list view page. On the application rationalization bubble chart view page, you can use the TRM technical debt indicator to form the bubble size based on the indicator score. Export the list view of application rationalization data to Excel or CSV file format. You can use the data to obtain insights, share with stakeholders, and prepare for analysis. Business applications with Retired or End of Life lifecycle stage aren’t displayed on the Application Rationalization bubble chart page. Enterprise Modeling and Visualization in the EA Workspace Create diagrams for business process maps using the specific shapes related to the business processes. Search shapes within the shape libraries. Reorganize the order of shapes in a shape library according to your requirement. Show or hide shapes in different diagram types. General shapes can be rotated. Enhanced the overall appearance of the diagram by hiding the connector ports and displaying them only when hovering over the shapes. Open the Enterprise Modeling and Visualization diagrams from the following sections: From the Architectural Artifacts related list of a business application, business capability, or a business process record. From the My approvals tab of the Needs Attention section on the EA Workspace home page. From the Architectural Artifacts section of the Portfolio page. Added support for all ArchiMate shapes. Model Value stream diagrams. Create diagram actions for newly added custom shapes that can be used in Enterprise Modeling and Visualization to create diagrams. Add custom shapes to use in the Enterprise Modeling and Visualization. Create your own modeling diagrams using the Blank diagram option. Business application related list enhancements In the Architectural Artifacts tab of the business application related list, selecting the New button displays a modal to create an architectural artifact. Architectural Decision Records (ADR) enhancements Create artifact type Architectural Decision Records (ADR) in one step. Create and add multiple pages to the Architectural Decision Records (ADR) from the Artifact content tab. In the Architectural Decision Records (ADR) page, you can tag the following: Tag a user Tag a record Architectural artifact Business application Business capability Business process Digital integration (requires the digital integration plugin) Digital interface (requires the digital integration plugin) Information object TRM product (requires the TRM plugin) Value stream (requires the value stream plugin) Request approval workflow for Architectural Decision Records (ADR). The version drop-down list is added to the Architectural Decision Records (ADR) page header. Select a version from the drop-down list to open the specific ADR version. Data Certification changes In the Enterprise Architecture Workspace, the certifications data is saved to and fetched from the CMDB Data Management Task Control (cmdb_data_management_task) table. If your certification data is still fetched from the Certification Schedules (cert_schedule) table, you might consider migrating your certification policies to the CMDB Data Management Task Control (cmdb_data_management_task) table. For more information, see Convert legacy certification schedules into Data Manager Certification policies and Publish a draft Data Manager policy in CMDB Workspace Regenerate indicator scores in Enterprise Architecture Workspace Generate a score for application and capability indicators for a particular period. Also, generate scores for an application scoring profile and capability scoring profile, to calculate scores for all indicators attached to that particular scoring profile. Business stakeholder role for Enterprise Architecture Workspace Read-only access to the  Enterprise Architecture Workspace is added to the business stakeholder role (sn_apm.apm_read). TRM technical debt form The TPM Discovered Technologies and Lifecycles scheduled job fetches the server details for the TRM products. Technology portfolio management (TPM) enhancements Added a restart button on the TPM Logs page to restart the Populate TPM Discovered Technologies and Lifecycles scheduled job, in case the job is stuck and doesn’t refresh the log data for more than an hour. Xanadu	Starting with the Xanadu release, some modules are deprecated from Enterprise Architecture (formerly known as Application Portfolio Management). The navigation links to the deprecated modules are removed from the All menu. If you’re an existing customer, you can continue to use these navigation links. However, if you’re a new activation customer, navigation to these modules using the navigation links from the All menu won’t be available. All the deprecated modules are available within the Enterprise Architecture Workspace. You’re encouraged to use the Enterprise Architecture Workspace to leverage those features and functionalities. Xanadu	The  ServiceNow® Application Portfolio Management product is expanding to ServiceNow® Enterprise Architecture. Some Application Portfolio Management modules are deprecated and no longer searchable from the All menu. However, all the deprecated modules are available within the Enterprise Architecture Workspace. You must use the Enterprise Architecture Workspace to leverage those features and functionalities. Note: Existing customers can continue to use these navigation links. However, for new activation customers, the navigation will not be available from the All menu. Create diagrams for your business applications hierarchy map, business capability map, and associate them with architectural artifacts and plan the future state modeling of your IT, with alignment to the business, using the Enterprise Modeling and Visualization functionality in Enterprise Architecture Workspace. Support for industry standard ArchiMate® shapes to create modeling diagrams. ArchiMate is a registered trademark of The Open Group. Support for Architectural Decision Record (ADR) type artifact to help you align artifacts with your business requirements. Create a one-to-many relationship between a digital interface and CMDB APIs. Find out which digital integrations and interfaces use which APIs. Identify the environments where they’re deployed. Group the deployed APIs and relate them to the digital interface, which describes the design aspects of the related APIs. See Enterprise Architecture for more information.
Yokohama	Yokohama Patch 6 Select a fiscal period on the Application Rationalization pages using the new fiscal period filter option. The fiscal period filter enables you to view application rationalization data for the selected fiscal period. Evaluate the technical debt score for business applications using the Technology Reference Model (TRM) technical debt indicator. This helps you to identify high-risk business applications and enables you to prioritize modernization and rationalization. Generate business process modeling diagrams and model the future state of the business processes using Enterprise Modeling and Visualization. Associate business capabilities to a business application from the business application related list. View the past due certification tasks for your business applications from the Application Portfolio tab of the Insights section. Generate scores for indicators and scoring profiles in the Enterprise Architecture Workspace. Read-only access to the  Enterprise Architecture Workspace is added to the business stakeholder role (sn_apm.apm_read). Yokohama General Availability Generate business process modeling diagrams and model the future state of the business processes using Enterprise Modeling and Visualization.
